Executive Members

Scott Voris
President and CEO

Scott Voris oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Kelmscott Communications. Under Scott's leadership, Kelmscott has experienced significant growth in large part through its integration of technology and print to build customized and measureable direct marketing solutions for our clients.

Prior to Kelmscott, Scott was a Regional Marketing Director for General Motors R*Works, responsible for developing and implementing direct marketing solutions for Chevrolet, Cadillac and Buick Divisions. At Kelmscott, Scott continues to work with a wide variety of clients, helping them develop and launch targeted, relevant, and trackable direct marketing programs.

Scott has a unique educational background in that he has earned both an MBA degree from the University of Illinois with a Marketing focus and is a CPA. Scott currently serves on the Executive Board of the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley; a Commissioner on the Aurora Housing Authority Board; and President-Elect of the A+ Foundation of West Aurora Schools. Scott is a past Chairman of the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce and past Moderator of New England Congregational Church. Scott was elected and served a four-year term on the Aurora West School District 129 Board. Scott is married to Michelle and is the father of four daughters.

Joe Stenger
Vice President

Joe’s focus on building relationships with clients has helped shape Kelmscott’s success for nearly 30 years. As a member of the management team, Joe has been instrumental in planning for the company’s growth. Joe serves his corporate clients and those in associations and the insurance industry with his educational background in photography and graphic arts and his decades of industry expertise. Joe thrives on overseeing complicated projects.

Joe has served on the Valley Industrial Board and the Aurora Economic Development Education Committee and coordinated the annual Manufacturing Awareness Education Day for high school students. Joe is married to Loretta and has two sons. He spends his free time working with the Boy Scouts, fishing and hunting.

Chuck Randazzo
Vice President

Chuck leads our efforts to grow revenue thru client development, new Account Executives, and exploring business alliances that keep Kelmscott moving forward on a solid growth pattern. He also is involved in client discovery initiatives and training sessions for Account Executives to assist in their development in new technologies.

He brings an impressive background in direct marketing and provides strategic thinking that delivers custom solutions to clients.

Prior to Kelmscott, Chuck spent 20 plus years with one of the largest marketing agencies in the country delivering proven solutions to a wide array of clientele. Chuck believes that a "custom solution" is the only way to approach today's business challenges. A native of Chicago, Chuck's personal interests include a variety of sports activities, nature, and volunteering time for special causes including animal rescue.

Jerry Heitschmidt
Vice President & Educational Recruitment Manager

Jerry brings more than 30 years of experience as a marketing services provider to the higher education industry. He has been pivotal to the development and implementation of KelmscottEDU's strategic marketing solutions for admissions and enrollment management. Jerry has successfully brought more than 300 targeted student search campaigns to market, while his aptitude for strategy, along with the execution of targeted print and digital cross-media campaigns, has established him as a leader in the industry. Other areas of expertise include list management, data analytics, and custom software development.

Throughout his career, Jerry has focused on testing the markets using the latest technology. Some examples include the use of cross-media analytics and targeted segmentation in student recruitment, the creation and implementation of the KelmscottEDU Dashboard, the development of a student application for admission modeling, and many others.

Jerry is actively involved in the community as well. As an ordained Roman Catholic deacon he serves the Diocese of San Diego, while as a District Staff Officer for Aviation in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, he serves his country. His service has been recognized by the United States Department of Homeland Security as well as the United States Coast Guard through multiple Commandant Letters of Commendation and Presidential Unit Citation Awards.

Rob Bousquet
Vice President - Production and Operations

Rob is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations at Kelmscott. His extensive experience in the industry helps him to maintain the delicate balance between production demands and customer satisfaction. Facilitating an efficient and cooperative work flow between the various departments at Kelmscott, as well as, maintaining positive communications between sales and production staff, Rob's leadership has aided in Kelmscott's continued growth and success.

Before joining Kelmscott, Rob successfully ran a Direct Mail house for more than 20 years, where he was responsible for everything from sales and marketing to production. This allows him to bring a unique and multi-dimensional perspective to Kelmscott, understanding the variety of needs throughout the organization.

When not at work, Rob enjoys spending time with his three shelter dogs, two foster boys and one marvelous wife. His hobbies include playing music, watching old movies and spending time outdoors with his family.

Jason Tews
Vice President - Marketing

Jason Tews oversees marketing and brings over 20 years of experience to the team. Jason has an extensive background helping clients build brands and pipeline. He believes that the best marketing is how you perform as a company on every level, if you want to be known as the company with the best customer service - you better have the best customer service. Jason was previously Vice President of Marketing for Graphix Products before the merger with Kelmscott Communications.

He has focused on providing high impact “door opener” campaigns to the Software vertical as well as integrated marketing campaigns that encompass all facets of message delivery and link them all back together to achieve measureable results.

Jason spends his free time as Lay Leader as well as various leadership roles within First United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn. Jason is married with four children.
